Items in issuezilla only interest and are relevant/comprehensible to
developers or those few users which created them or where personally
hit by them. All the others, probably, couldn't care less. The fact
that issuezilla and the whole bug tracking thing as they are today are
too obscure, ie not existing, for almost all end users of OO.o is well
known, isn't it?.

Maybe the best thing would be to only include a short summary in
normal language or a list of the bug _titles_? The summary of course,
would still link a complete Release note as it is today, which is a
precious reference for advanced users and packagers.

Absolutely correct (especially on Gnu/Linux, where it's better to wait
until native packages for your distribution are available or install
the new version in a _separate_ location if you know how to do it,
without removing the one that came with the system).

        Ciao,
