There is a list on the wiki for feature freeze testing:

That list is made by Thorsten Ziehm with the help of info provided by
the developers. So it should be complete.
Generally someone from the marketing project picks this list, and uses
it to provide information for the users. Not clear yet (for me), who
will do that when.
I hope that you like what you see there :-) .. I do!
Also, there will be much bug-fixes. I think a query on issuetracker is
the best way to find those...
