There is no need for that Philip, a simple request is fine and a keyholder will do their best to accommodate. In the Perkins room at 21 W. North street is what Synhak calls the "Analog Contact List." Its just a piece of paper with people's numbers listed in case they're needed, I think everyone on that list is a keyholder. People add themselves to the list if they wish, there is no maintainer for it.
