As of now due to many of you I have decreased the active thread count in CF to 2 from 10. JRUNS errors are now at 1-2 mins every 2-4 hours vs the previous 40 mins every 2 hours.
I have had activity that looks promising on the AbleCommerce site about: "ColdFusion MX 6.1: Updated DataDirect drivers for 100% CPU utilization and other issues" It seems that I have 3.2 and 3.3 fixed a bunch of issues related to this and there is now a 3.5 version..
