It may be an issue with the plugin. If you want to test it out though...just copy and paste some code into cfeclipse that makes a file that's 2,500 lines of code and then go and try to add some code in the middle of the page. You could type three lines of code and then watch it come across the screen in Doogie Howser fashion 15-20 seconds later! It's insane.
