As for CF11/Splendor, the feature set is not complete, but I see no reference to 2013 in the PDFs available at labs.adobe.com. That said, just because it's not "supported" doesn't mean it won't work. Are you finding that it does not? If so, there could be other issues that are not related to CF's support of it. I find many struggle with Exchange integration for all kinds of reasons.
