+1 for VS Code. We just switched to it from Eclipse and it's awesome. It's
much quicker and lighter weight. Source control is nicely done as well.

I was a long time user of Eclipse and CFBuilder.  I have been converted to
VS Code.  It’s free… and it is much faster and better than CFBuilder.
Especially if you use Git as your source code repository.  VS Code has a
huge following, it gets updated with new features and fixes every month, it
has a TON of add-ons (including for CMFL).
