Hi Jarek,

I would prefer using a static site generator, because it makes it easy
to open the project to anyone who wants to commit changes.  It is also
easier to handle translations.

Adding comments to static websites with tools like disqus.com is easy
enough -- e.g. that's what I do right now for my own website.

I don't mind starting with what we have and change later on.  We just
need to be careful about comments: we should not advertize the website
until we decide what system we use, otherwise migrating comments will
be to much of a hassle.
