Oh, hi Aaron, didn't know you are on the list.
I agree, I am no fan of disqus either. There are FOSS solutions
available, but to me it seems like a hassle to set-up.
About migrating comments - well maybe we can just drop them, they are
not critical I guess. I think it would be more useful to have a Forum
section (later).

Hi,
I think LibreFunding should not use systems like Disqus that are the
epitome of proprietary surveillance options. It will be harder for me to
get behind the concept if it has that stuff connected.
Best,

Hi Jarek,
I would prefer using a static site generator, because it makes it easy
to open the project to anyone who wants to commit changes. It is also
easier to handle translations.
Adding comments to static websites with tools like disqus.com
<http://disqus.com> is easy
enough -- e.g. that's what I do right now for my own website.
I don't mind starting with what we have and change later on. We just
need to be careful about comments: we should not advertize the website
until we decide what system we use, otherwise migrating comments will
be to much of a hassle.

Agreed, the decision about this should not block anything for now.
Thanks for putting the first interview online!
