+1 for removing them in the existing code, but this is pretty low priority
+1 for displaytag-1.0-b1

as far as removing the display09 from sourceforge? I'm not even sure what 
the sourceforge policy is, should we keep it or just get rid of it? I 
suppose it's just additional clutter at this point unless the history is 
needed.

I'll try and get an FTP account setup for displaytag.org, so that we can 
get the examples updated. Who should I give access to the FTP account? 
project admins? or should I just plan to update it each time?
