Yeah, that's why I didn't take it into account two years ago and now that I have to use it, my feeling from back then have proven true. Oh, and btw., that Mantis installation didn't last long, either. The current system is a file KNOWN_BUGS in the git source code repo... So I likely will take that thread as a reason to look around again, also at those I wasn't happy with back then.
