The point is that the "FA" in "FAQ" stand for *frequently
asked*.

One can debate how frequent is necessary to be placed in
this category, but a question that has only been asked once
can hardly be called "frequent" by any measure.

(Yes, this is pedantic -- lists of answers to questions are
always useful regardless of frequency. But calling them
all FAQs is technically a misnomer.)
