Thank you Paul for being the BDFL-Delegate and thank you everyone for participating! I'm happy to have this finally done. Just so everyone knows what to expect, my plan is to implement all of the deprecation parts while PyPI legacy is still running and then use the final cut over to Warehouse as the final step to actually remove it. This also means that Warehouse will be a minimum of 3 months away in order to adhere to the timeline requirements in this PEP.
