Austin: Note that while there is no cost from them, last I saw it, you do need a monitor (or more than one) and that means renting from the hotel which will be a fortune. I can't remember if it was wired or wireless as well so you also need cabling run and the unions in LV require that to be done by their crews too. I would not try and shoe horn this in for ACNA.
HOWEVER, we have a great relationship with the producers for ACEU and they can likely help with this for that event more readily without the craziness of Las Vegas.
