Yes, but I think that the same protocol can be used between the
user's agent (homesite) and a relying party (membersite) or
authoritative source (authoritative site).
When going from HS -> AS, the AS is really a MS.
When going from AS -> HS (store), then it is an AS, and at that time
is party to the transaction
I think there is BIG value to us in AS being 3rd party and MS NOT
being 3rd party -- as it clearly makes the AS not be part of the
primary transaction
