I don't see how these are related. SPName is in the request and is the identifier of the service provider, whereas Subject would be the identifier of the user, their Persona URL. Yes? I can't find an equivalent for SPName in SAML... the closest thing would be AssertionConsumerServiceURL, but I'm putting that into Issuer.
