Captain, we have signal!

I'm feeling a bit guilty for increasing the d-u noise by posting about someone 
else's calendar code,.  I would feel better if it had its own list.  others 
might have similar feelings and just not post.  booo.

But I would also like to see more application level code interchange, which 
might be increased if there was a list dedicated to it.
