 I guess I should assign this to myself.

 For 1.4.1 we can't add the batch_size variable (a new feature). So, would
 it make sense to add it for 1.5 and just use the default of "limited by
 variable amount for SQLite, otherwise unlimited" in 1.4.1 without the
 chance of overriding it?
