To me it is less about technical purity of the decorator implementation -
but about cognitive load to those learning Django. If I'm new and
encounter both reverse, and permalink, I'm going to assume that permalink,
being more specific, must do something special. I'm now going to learn
and remember two patterns and syntax for something instead of one.
