Thanks. But I installed python 2.4.2, there are pygettext.py and
msgfmt.py in tools folder. So I think they are standard tools in
offical python release.

I'll try the link you gived to me, if I have more questions about
i18n, I'll send letter in i18n maillist. Thanks.
