There are several threads that detail the manual set up process. But the key here is that the wizard is, as Roberto states, "(currently) totally broken," so don't use it! Manual set up is fairly intuitive and not difficult. Karim, you may find that refreshing your project is easier with uWSGI as opposed to something like FastCGI, in reference to your question about having to restart Cherokee each time you make changes.
