Rather than have us guess what is in your settings file, post that whole
section. For example:

DATABASES = {
    'default': {
        'ENGINE': 'django.db.backends.sqlite3', # Add 'postgresql_psycopg2',
'postgresql', 'mysql', 'sqlite3' or 'oracle'.
        'NAME': os.path.join(ENVIRON_ROOT, 'db', 'database.db'),
         # Or path to database file if using sqlite3.
        'USER': '',                      # Not used with sqlite3.
        'PASSWORD': '',                  # Not used with sqlite3.
        'HOST': '', # Set to empty string for
localhost. Not used with sqlite3.
        'PORT': '', # Set to empty string for default.
Not used with sqlite3.
    }
}

This will allow everyone to see if you have mucked up some other part of the
settings.
