It will work but this is not the best solution I can think of (I'm not 
MySQL guru). 

The biggest issue is that the data is big and it takes quite a lot of time 
to import. I've imported the latest snapshot but some objects already 
changed between then and today. 

I need something like rsync for Django model objects. I will give 
django-synchro a try though.
