I'm sorry. I'm using:

1) Python 2.3, Django from SVN and django-admin.py reports 0.97-pre-
SVN-6635.

2) Subversion checkout on an empty folder.

3) It's running through FCGI (mod_fcgi) and a new user just for Django
so I don't think it is another installation.
