I have the same problem.

I ran the command "python manage.py syncdb" and the tables were
created.

In the shell I run:
from django.contrib.auth.models import *
Permission.objects.all ()

and returned the objects

but when I tried to use the runserver

the error appears: Databaseerror: ORA-00942: table or view does not
exist
