One of the things that I noticed here is that people _fear_ that the ticket can expire too soon, without giving time to the recipient to download it.
As a result, they turn on the "permanent" flag, and then completely forget to remove the file once downloaded, kind-of defeating the purpose. I was thinking of changing the defaults for the next DL release: - raise "total days" to 365 - raise "hours after last download" to 720 (one month) - keep "downloads" disabled (0) Thus any file can be left in the spool for one full year. After the recipients downloads the file, they still can redownload it as many times as necessary. After one month of inactivity the file is killed. This has proven to remove the "fear" here, and while the spool is slightly larger, the files are actually deleted automatically. What do you think?
