And by "eventually" I mean just now.

I added "E-mail" as a new configurable option in the preferences. If
USER_EMAIL exists when the user is initialized, it will be set using
that value automatically.

But otherwise the user can change it afterwards.

This preference is used in the "new grant" as a default and in the new
"My email address" button when creating a new ticket.

Effectively, with this setting, the "new grant" notification address and
"ticket notification" email could both be removed.... I doubt one would
use a different address here.

Is there any strong feeling in that regard?
