enable the reports.

If you want a real answer, please give us the real domain names.
You're already asking for DMARC reports from total strangers so it's
not like there are any big secrets here.

thanks to the feedback I got earlier, it sounds like I need to address all the
emails as From: u...@sb.intelli-shop.com and have the client configure their
mailserver to alias sb.intelli-shop.com to intelli-shop.com.
other bits of advice or highlighting any failures in my implementation would be
welcome. I'll take a stab at clarifying the docs for third party senders if
anyone is interested.
