I believe it’s no longer the case. There was quite a bit of work done to 
convince them this was a bad idea. The ISP in question has also changed hands 
and mail handling is being transferred to another backend. 

But they were rather open about it for a while. Part of it was requiring 
senders to pre-register selectors.
