The np tag definition looks identical to that of rfc9091, except for the last
sentence:
Note that
"np" will be ignored for DMARC records published on subdomains of
Organizational Domains and PSDs due to the effect of the DMARC
policy discovery mechanism described in Section 5.7.2.1.
During a tree walk DMARC records at subdomain may be discovered if the
subdomain name is short enough. Old DMARC filters using the PSL will still
ignore it. This applies to "sp" definition as well.
