Nothing new here. People have moved on. I now use a mailbox provider that has 
p=none for this list, instead of my employer's domain (p=quarantine) or my 
preferred mailbox provider that uses VERP-ish (which subsequently means IETF 
can't identify the MAIL FROM as being subscribed to this list). I also happen 
to really like fastmail and team, so I appreciate that these mailing lists have 
given me the opportunity to enjoy their service.
