at first I thought it was the fact the EMI 2|6 had no WinXP specific
drivers. Then I launched Reason and it worked pretty well.
What happens is I open Cubase, go to audio setup and select the ASIO EMI
2|6. Then I go to the ASIO control panel and Cubase gives me a dialog box
stating a problem loading the device. It gives 3 possible reasons. I'll try
again after I go to lunch and give the exact information. XP then pops up a
small box pointing to the taskbar stating the USB bandwidth problem.
I haven't even plugged in my USB midi interface.

Is it possible that future XP drivers could reduce the bandwidth needed?
Does anyone have Cubase on a laptop hooked to an EMI 2|6?
