well, the names RISC and CISC are pretty redundant these days, a G4 (a RISC
processor) has more instructions that the P4 (CISC), so whats "reduced"
about that. the P4 has a RISC core essentially and converts code on the fly
into its internal command set... both have good design features and bad, but
the old CISC vs RISC battle is meaningless nowadays...
