Depending on the cabling you're using to hook up the monitors, you might need to swap one of the positive/negative wirings. If your monitors have phase switches on them (sometimes they do) you should check and make sure those are set they way the need to be. There shouldn't be a phase problem unless something is accidentally set wrong - or maybe one of your cables is significantly longer / shorter than the other?
