Pretty much =) I would say however there is a world of difference in the way a track mastered for vinyl and one mastered for cd sound. Its all about what you are after. I tend to perfer the harder hitting vinyl mixes myself, but if you are trying to spread the good word and get your name out then "ultra sheen" is probably the way to go. Again...its all a matter of taste not really a right or wrong method.
