i'm looking at some decent monitors, and my budget's $300-$400, so i'm considering the event 20/20's or the behringer truths. the tannoy reveals only go down to 62Hz, while the 20/20's and truths hit 50, so the tannoys are out. i was wondering if any of you guys have had experience with one or both of these models, and what you thought. a friend of mine has the 20/20's, and i'm very impressed with them, but some people swear by the truths... so if any of you have experience with these two models, how do they do in the long run? have you noticed any tendencies (harsh high end, weak bass after a while)? any help would be greatly appreciated, i'm gonna A/B them at the store, but that time-tested experiences would help too.
