Unfortunately dude, I think ur on to a loser here. I don't know the exact wording of the law but I do know, that ANY complaint will be investigated by the enviromental health and that time of the day or area has nothing to do with it. If its an isolated complaint (ie. you haven't pissed the whole road off), I doubt they'll confiscate anything. I don't really know what to suggest other than the extreme actions of moving, sound proofing ur room or killing her...hang on, no, thats not really an option...
