Excellent idea on this.

It's weird, in Texas, as long as it's not harmful to health (which when you
produce, it's at levels that could be harmful?! come on...) I've had the

cops called on me for playing my stereo at 1/4 volume (don't forget, it's a
logarithmic audio taper pot) at 7:30 on a Saturday night.. my neighbor was
trying to sleep. The cops didn't think it was a big deal and just asked
that I turned it down. If they have to come back out again, then it's a
disturbance of the peace and a ticket. Depending on the hours and the
singularity of the complaint, wouldn't hold up too much in court.
Especially if you sho

Your flat might have it's own rules as well, for example, ours is do
whatever you want before 9:30, after that, your neighbor has the right to
complain.

this is all in the good ol' Texas USA where you can shoot a man for pissing
on your tire, kill a dog for shitting in your flower garden, and where it's
still outlawed in the Constitution to spit on the sidewalk...fortunately
the sodomy laws are in the process of repeal last I checked... dunno if
they're going to give up on the lewd and lascivious acts of fellatio or
cunnilingus..
