Dunno how they do it coz I've never listened that closely (I will do when I get the
chance though)..

Can't you just try both and see what sounds best? Or does it HAVE to be a copy of C4C?

Subject: [dnb-prod] C4C Bass...Higher stabs

Easy all,

Quick question. I am making tunes in a similar light to C4C at the moment, I
am creating simliar sounds and using similar techniques. This is because I
am doing the engineering for someone else! I have nailed the higher pitched
sounds but what I am faultering on is whether or not to layer sub bass
underneath the higher sounds or whether to layer the same sound but with
lower notes on top of the higher sounds? Hope you know what I mean! How do
C4C and the rest do it?

Help would be appreciated!

Cheers Conspiracee
