ACID in my opinion is one of the best layed out programs ever. You're able to change so many things so quickly that it really lends itself to producers that like flexibility. I hate wasting time on stretching samples etc. so I'm always using ACID first to get my ideas down right. For the record though I hated ACID 3, it's a real cpu hog, although having a midi feature is nice.

It's been released. And while I still think Reason is a toy, the others, Acid/Buzz/Fruity, all sound pretty ok. It's a matter of finding which one does the trick for you. b ===== Brian J.
