I just bought a MOTU 828 and it is completely sick. I highly recommend it. It connects via firewire. It has SPDIF & Optical I/O as well as 8 analog I/O.
Got mine for $450 on Ebay. Normal retail is about $700. Go to the MOTU site to check out the complete details on the 828. Anyone else out there use the MOTU 828?
