I might have absorbed some when I was taking guitar lessons but I never really paid much attention. I couldn't spout any concrete theory that would sound intelligent, that's for sure.
I was lucky enough to have been born with a halfway decent ear for music, that's probably all it is. Strange too, nobody else in my family is musically oriented AT ALL.
