I think I must agree on this.
Eudev could be next.
This would be a fully characterized agression against free software since they have no reason to adopt another hotplugger, having their own integrated one fitting their needs. Of course, they might try to hire all eudev developpers for some other task, starving by this its maintenance. I don't think we're close to see that.
