I am not declaring a consensus. I am stating, based on the history of

this topic in contrast to, for example, Mr. Story's views. If anything,
I am asking for a consensus call on the 3 statements I proposed.

I went to www.m-w.com and looked up consensus. It reads:

1 a: general agreement : unanimity <the consensus of their opinion, based on reportsŠfrom the border - John Hersey> b: the judgment arrived at by most of those concerned <the consensus was to go ahead>

Note in 1b - "most of those concerned". Through this meaning of the word, I take "most people agree with my views" to be you saying there is consensus on this issue.

I am asking, based on what evidence are you asserting "most people", therefore "consensus" has been achieved?
