Colleagues,

I (not my co-chairs) neglected to formally close this WGLC.

We do find consensus to move forward with  draft-ietf-dnsop-qdcount-is-one. 
Thanks to everyone who offered comments, and the chairs will work with the 
authors to address  the suggested edits.

+1. And when the info to implement an RFC can be accurately summarised in its 
title, it seems a shame not to do that.
