With DNS Incremental Updates, a low TTL and a scripting path to the
delegation engine you could support changing the NS in line with DHCP
changes.

Is it reasonable to add this  (DNS IND, low TTL) to the spec to support shorter
term use of DHCP addresses for 6to4?
