Something else that to me is obvious, but is not necessarily so to others,
is that you will also need to configure BIND to make outgoing queries from
its unique administrative address, not the shared anycast address.

Otherwise, answers to your server's queries may be sent to other servers,
leaving to your customer resolvers requerying.
