No, I can't.
Only I can is disabling bn and enabling bn_BD as another language.

While I can export bn translation and upload it to bn_BD, I want to wait
someone who coordinator of bn_BD.
There is no translations for bn, so no need to export / import, but it's fair
enough to wait for a coordinator.
