The Arabic translation files had just been merged with KDE HEAD CVS.. the merge did not result in a really bad percentages in general: kdeadmin 79% kdebase 90% kdegraphics 94% kdelibs 93% kdemultimedia 83% kdenetwork 78% kdepim 53% <--- that one is bad I know kdeutils 88%
