in kdepim, it had been there for a loong time, probably since kde 3.2 or so .. anyhow, kdepim module did not get much attention recently, as in the KDE 3.2 tree that Arabeyes was working on, kdepim did not get more than 72% done .. so with the migration from 3.2 to 3.3 a drop down of 20% is the least to expect.
